ONBOARD REPORTER AND MULTIMEDIA JOURNALIST
TARA is a 36-meter aluminum-hulled schooner (formerly named “Antarctica” then “Seamaster”) exploring the ocean to better understand the great mechanisms linking microbiomes and climate and share its scientific knowledge to raise public awareness. TARA OCEAN FOUNDATION is a humanist project imagined by the stylist agnès b. and Étienne Bourgois.
As the onboard reporter, my mission is to document the expedition where sailors and scientists of all nationalities are sampling the largest ecosystem on the planet. My first mission as a photo and video journalist was aboard the schooner TARA in 2015. I am very grateful for being part of the new expedition “TARA MICROBIOMES”, which has started in November 2020.
CLIPPER RACE
ONBOARD REPORTER
CLIPPER ROUND THE WORLD YACHT RACE is a biennial race that takes amateur crews on one or more legs of a circumnavigation of the globe in 11 specially-designed identical 70-foot yachts. Professional skippers lead each team on the 11-month journey. The race was conceived in 1995 by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston. In contrast to the now-defunct Global Challenge, the Clipper Race route follows the prevailing currents and winds and uses lighter, faster boats.
As the onboard reporter for a 7 part television series “The Race of Their Lives“, this is a 24/7 job: no shower, no privacy, we share the boat with 20 people in quite extreme conditions, sometimes living at 45 degrees angle and sleeping like in a washing machine… So far, Clipper still remains the biggest challenge of my life!

T3 AVENTURES
PHOTOGRAPHER AND FILMMAKER
T3 AVENTURES is a travel agency specializing in transcontinental motorcycle expeditions and adventure road trips worldwide. I have never ridden a motorcycle, but since I have started working with them in 2018, I have traveled more than 40,000 km on a maxi trail as a photographer and videographer.
I have been part of several expeditions in Australia, Europe, and Asia. My most memorable road trip was the transcontinental one, from Bangkok to Paris in 2019, where we crossed 16 countries following a 22,000 km track. I had to document the highlights of this 3-month journey through the experiences of the bikers and their outlook on the world as we met a great diversity of cultures and civilizations for a 52-minute film and wrap-up videos for social media.

CLIPPER asked me to put together some of my footage in order to share my insight and behind-the-scenes of my experience from CLIPPER RACE 2017/18.
Screened the first time in October 2018 at the WATERPROOF FILM FESTIVAL of Geneva, my short movie “LA COURSE DE LEUR VIE” has won the “Prix du Public” awarded by the audience.
TRAVEL MEDIA AWARD
TV SERIE “EARTH CYCLE”
“EARTH CYCLE” is a study of flora, fauna, and people, set around the epic cycling journey of Simon Parker (journalist and travel writer for Telegraph and BBC).
As a camera operator, I filmed his journey across Scandinavia for a 5 part television travel series (5x25min) broadcast on SKY TV.
